EVERY DAY:
Drink ½ your body weight in water minimum = weigh 200 lbs. ÷ 2 = 100 ounces water daily minimum
Eat 2-4 fresh fruits
Eat 6-9 servings of vegetables, not heated above 118˚ internal temperature, eat a variety of colors
Eat 2 T. good quality fat
Eat protein 3 different times throughout the day to keep your blood sugar level (include plant-source protein, don’t eat meat if you are dis-eased)
Some people’s bodies are able to digest and assimilate some amount of meat, dairy and/or grains also. But if your body is already showing signs of dis-ease = removing these foods for a period of time from your diet will give your body rest and make healing more easy.
When you add meats, grains and/or dairy into your diet, be sure you do everything you can to “Work With Your Body” to ensure the food
gets completely digested (chew all foods until liquid, use a digestive enzyme supplement),
all of its nutrients get assimilated into your cells
and all waste gets eliminated from your body ASAP. You must eliminate through your bowels daily! If you eat 2400 calories = 2 banana’s worth of waste.
